FEN BCAA 4:1:1 - a formula of the three most important essential amino acids in one tablet, combined in the best ratio. BCAA 4:1:1 consists of essential amino acids that the body cannot produce by itself: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. It is an excellent preparation for muscle recovery after intense training, protection and growth. Deficiency of essential amino acids increases during exercise. Without these essential amino acids in the muscles, BCAAs begin to decrease in the body and catabolism of muscle proteins increases dramatically, as a result of which recovery takes a long time, muscle mass and strength decrease, and physical form and general well-being of the organism deteriorate.

Ingredients: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, gelatin capsule, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Suggested use: as a dietary supplement, take 4 caps after training with full glass of water. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
